What is Personal Information?
“Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as first and last name, address, email address, company and department, and/or other types of contact information. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person.
What Personal Data Do We Collect and How Do We Collect It?
When accessing or interacting with our Website, you may be asked to provide us with certain Personal Information. For example, in order to access certain portions of our Website, request information about our products or services or request user support, you may be asked to provide your contact information (e.g., name, institution/company and department, phone number, email address, zip or postal code, etc.). You may be asked to provide Personal Information in order to create an account on our Website or to submit a user support request. We do not collect any Personal Information automatically, but we may tie the non- Personal Information described above to Personal Information about you that we have collected from other sources or that you provide to us.
If you receive promotional or informational emails from us, you may opt out of these communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of all emails or contacting us.
